The Consultant is engaged to provide an impartial NEC4 contract administration service through a competent NEC4 Project Manager. The service includes all support needed to provide contract administration, assessment of payment and other assessments, certificates, acceptances of programmes, risk management and reduction and other duties of the Project Manager in the NEC4 ECC contract.
