Norway – Hotel accommodation services – Government joint agreement on the purchase of overnight stays in Norway

The Norwegian government (via Statens innkjøpssenter/DFØ) is establishing a joint procurement framework agreement for hotel accommodation services across Norway, valued at approximately GBP/USD 1.6 billion. Eligible suppliers must be hotel operators or accommodation service providers registered in Norway or EEA countries, meeting Norwegian hospitality standards and compliance requirements. This is a large-scale framework agreement rather than a single contract, designed to provide government agencies with pre-negotiated rates for overnight stays.
