Newman School - Dinnington Campus Internal Alterations and External Lift Provision

The scope of this procurement includes 4 main work areas, split into 2 phases. Phase 1: • Internal works at first floor to form additional classrooms, including M&E works and creating a refuge area. • External works including hard standing and canopy to work area. Phase 2: • Externally constructed passenger lift to first floor. • Internal works at ground floor to open up floor area, including structural works and new kitchenette. • External works including canopy, fencing and line marking.
