Independent Analysis Fire Cover Review for WMFS

The key objectives of this project are to quantify the current service profile (in terms of demand, appliance availability, workload and response performance), create and set up appropriate models of fire cover and use optimisation modelling to determine the best deployment of appliances across existing and separate green field locations.
